SNAPPER/WHITING CHARTERS - SEPT to FEB

Port Phillip Bay is where most of our snapper fishing is done. The bay sees a new run of fish from September through to February. Matthew Hunt Fishing Services has structured their charters to ensure that all times coincide with the best chance of hooking a snapper. SOUTHERN BLUE FIN TUNA - MAR to AUG

Skipper Matt is highly qualified to conduct open water charters. Matt holds all necessary certificates to make your trip the safest possible. Matt has held his Coxswain Certificate for 16years and last year achieved his M.E.D Grade 3, Master Class 5 and Skipper Grade 3, which allows him to travel 200nm off shore. Matt resides at Portland for the Tuna & Albacore season. In 2010 he completed almost 120 trips, Fishing virtually everyday, he is able to monitor where the fish are at all times, this gives the best possible chance for hooking a Tuna. SHARK CHARTERS

Mako sharks are a great fighting shark often leaping metres in the air. Portland is the home of the Mako so for a great chance at one of these great sharks click here for SHARK CHARTERS.
